Lapanday Foods Corporation has among the most modern, efficient, and productive banana and pineapple plantations in the country. Most operations are aligned with ISO 9002 HACCP practices. It has also embarked on a small pittaya production project with Japan as the initial market.

In Davao del Norte, Lapanday has 15 banana farms spread out in New Corella, Sto. Tomas, Kapalong, Tagum and Panabo, while in the south, 4 farms are located in Guihing, Padada and Malalag. There is a plantation each in Davao City, South Cotabato and North Cotabato, the last being the home of highland bananas. These farms, covering a total of 6,000 hectares, are among the highest yielding in the country at 20M boxes annually and are equipped with well-designed farm facilities, such as irrigation and drainage systems, aerial tractors, and cableway systems.

Lapanday’s pineapples are grown in Aglayan and Maluko—two rich plantations in the heart of Bukidnon with a combined area of 1000 hectares that can produce an annual volume of more than 2M boxes.
